Clarity • Regulation • Growth
I work with adults, teens, and individuals navigating complex life experiences, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, ADHD, and neurodevelopmental differences.
I use evidence-based approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), to help clients build psychological flexibility, regulate emotions, and take meaningful action aligned with their values. I emphasize purposeful focus and executive functioning skills, supporting clients in building structure, follow-through, and clear decision-making. My approach is practical and collaborative, helping clients gain clarity, build confidence, and make steady progress through small, meaningful steps.
I’m known for a calm, grounded presence and for creating a space where people feel understood, supported, and able to move forward at their own pace.
